Erik Lutz began his real estate career over 15 years ago as a residential real estate agent for Coldwell Banker.  Five years later he started his own real estate office REO Property Brokers, specializing in Bank owned homes.  Soon after he opened Lutz of Real Estate specializing in the sale of fine homes & estates in the westside areas of Los Angeles. His focus now is helping buyers & sellers in the the Westwood, Brentwood, Beverly Hills, Holmby Hills, Century City, Santa Monica and surrounding Los Angeles areas.
